Planning and Preparation Every project starts with an idea. We recommend looking through magazines and design books for inspiration. Once you have a basic design idea for your space we can get started with the preparation. You may have architectural drawings already done, if not, please print out our measurement sheet. Another helpful tool is our kitchen planning questionnaire; please print it to get started.Consultation Our showroom is open to the public, but if you are looking to get started right away please make an appointment with one of our designers. At your first appointment you will be introduced to all our product lines and an introduction to our design services.Design Once we have preliminary concepts, ideas and your needs we will start the design process. This usually takes 1-2 weeks. At this point we put together a design and price package for you.Approval & Changes Once you have had a full review of our design, we will make changes to the design - if needed and take sight measurements. This is the point in the process that we require the first $300 retainer, this deposit comes off the final cost.Delivery & Installation Typically stock and semi-custom cabinets take 4-6 weeks for delivery. Our custom cabinets take a little longer, approvimately 8-10 weeks. We will schedule a delivery with you and your contractor at your convenience. Installation a critical part of the project. We do not have an in-house installer but we do have a list of great craftsmen available to you if you do not have one already. |
